THE ESTATES of BALBARDIE & BATHGATE,

Together with the Mansion-house, Offices, &c. containing about 881 imperial acres, whereof the greater part consists of amble land of superior quality. The property is very compact, and is most advantageously situated, nearly half way hetween Edinburgh and Glasgow, within a short distance of Bathgate, which is both a post and market town. Coal might be wrought extensively on the property, and there is also an inexhaustible field of Limestone, at present partially worked. The superiority of the Town of Bathgate, which is built on the property, confers much weight and influence on the proprietor of these Estates; and so desirable a property in every respect is seldom to be found. For further particulars apply to Archibald Borthwick, accountant, No. 5, North St David Street, Edinburgh; or to Messrs Scott & Balderston, W.S. Edinburgh, 10th April 1844.
