Mr. Fraser submitted letter from Mr. A. Kerr, Joint Manager, dated 25th October, 1922, reporting that Mr. John G. Hay, Traveller, Aberdeen, finds it necessury, owing to ill-health, to retire. Mr. Hay has been in the service of Young' s Paraffin Light and Mineral Oil Company Ltd. , and The Scottish Oil Agency Ltd. , for 48 years. It was resolved to grant Mr. John G. Hay a pension of £150 per annun during the pleasure of the Board.
