      • NOTICE is Hereby Given that the following Special Resolution, which was adopted at a Meeting of the SHAREHOLDERS of The SCOTTISH OIL COMPANY (Limited), held on the 8th day of June 1868, has been confirmed at a subsequent Meeting of said Company held on the 22nd day of June aforesaid :— "That this Company be wound up voluntarily, in terms of the Companies Act 1862, and that Mr David Marshall, Chartered Accountant in Edinburgh, be appointed Liquidator, with all the powers conferred by the Statute of all which Intimation is hereby given, in terms of said Act", DAVID MARSHALL, C.A., Liquidator.
