Minute of Agreement between The Pumpherston Estates Limited and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited. With reference to construction of Dam across Linnhouse Water and wayleave for line of suction pipe. Dated 1947. Details the agreement between The Pumpherston Estates Limited and The Pumpherston Oil Company Limited regarding the construction of a dam across the Linnhouse water approximately three hundred and thirty yards south of its junction with the River Almond. Includes a plan of the area referred to in the minute of agreement titled 'Pumpherston Works. Plan showing dam across Linhouse and Muriston Water and route of 12" dia. suction pipe'. The proposed route of the new pipe is show in red ink on the plan. The plan is dated 13th February 1947 and the scale of the plan is 1/2500.
