Subject file containing typed minutes of the Board of Directors' Meetings of the Scottish Oil Agency Limited along with associated correspondence. On 20th May 1933 the minutes show that proposals were passed resulting in the decision that The Scottish Oil Agency Limited should go in to liquidation and that Secretary, Mr Robert Wilson Meikle, be appointed liquidator.
